If you have questions concerning the operation of the equipment you purchased from our company, please contact our IT Consultant at 832-878-9922, and request Francis. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. CST. NOTE: If the product you purchased is under warranty by the manufacturer and is needing servicing, contact us at 713-266-7200 and we will give you the information you will need to contact them directly. All Advance Communication Systems products carry a 1-year depot warranty, which may be upgraded to on-site service contracts or warranties in many options for up to 3 years upon request. Please note that many items already carry multiple year warranties from the original OEM manufacturers. Extended warranty packages extend warranty coverage provided by Advance Communication Systems and do not extend OEM manufacturers warranties beyond the period.We will make available equivalent replacement parts for a product sold to the state for at least 3 years after a products is discontinued. Advance Communication Systems extended warranties, on-site service agreements, and remote network maintenance and support agreements are priced according to written statement of need and, while very affordable, must be quoted separately after close and thorough consultation and conformed specifically to this clients' written statement of need. These services cannot be quoted at this time without generating the statement of need. Advance Communication Systems offers high-level network integration Solutions and systems consultation services at affordable rates. Presentations in support of sales with new clients include up to two hours of free sales consultations to help facilitate clients needs in exploring new technology opportunities for increased workplace efficiencies. Consultation services beyond these levels of need are available at three levels of cost: Network/Hardware support specialist $75.00/hour, Network Engineer $100.00 per hour, Senior Network Engineer/ Principal $150.00 per hour. All levels of support are extended by contract or appointment. Contracts for services typically receive discounted rates.
