Emergency Fire Damage Clean-Up Emergency Flood Clean-Up Vandalism Clean-Up Natural Disaster Preparation Natural Disaster Clean up.  The Grounds and Landscaping is responsible for new plant installations and maintenance, including walkways, parking lots, roadways, interior courtyards, lakes and ponds. Oversees an on site full service landscape. Electro-Medical Supplies Services As part of our facilities maintenance and operation services to hospitals, we also provide medical professional equipments, instruments, and supplies. Our market includes private hospitals, VA and military hospitals in need of medical equipment. Clients & Contracts One of our biggest clients, we have had a 6 year running contract for total IT and telecommunications support for the main HQ in Houston and the 11 Branches all over the US. The contract includes a On site help desk support system for PC problems, On call Tech support system for branches, Server support including W2000 Advance Server, MS Exchange2000 Server, SQL Server and Ms Dynamics for Accounting services. Interfacing the servers with 4 different third party servers in different cities is a high point in the design infrastructure.  Telecommunications support includes a Panasonic digital system, which has to be maintained and updated. A part of the office is VoIP capable, and running on Ethernet IP addresses with Call Center capabilities. A Nortel BCM manager installed with wireless Ethernet and VoIP/Digital dual way machine provides both wireless internet/intranet and voice network.  We also provided SAN storage services with Operations and Accounting data stored in SQL servers and backed to offsite branches. Firewall and intrusion detection devices provide total security, with authorized access to the data through VPN.
